After you book, we email your confirmation with driving directions to the lot and your ship's terminal. One day before you sail, we send a reminder with the same directions plus shuttle timing. And we include clear instructions for finding your shuttle back to your car after you debark, so the whole trip is stress-free.
You reserve online, park in our gated lot on embarkation day, and ride our free shuttle straight to your ship's terminal. After your cruise, the shuttle brings you back to your car. You pay per day, counting your boarding and return day.
Arrive in time for your terminal's check-in window. The last outbound shuttle leaves at 2:00 PM, so give yourself a comfortable buffer, especially in peak season.
Return shuttles begin running from the terminals at 7:00 AM. Follow signs to ground transportation and look for the Portside shuttle. We email your exact pickup point before you sail and again the day before.
